В статье проанализированы основные концептуальные положения и подходы к решению проблем мясного подкомплекса АПК. Рассмотрены меры по стимулированию дальнейшего развития интеграционных связей, в том числе путем внедрения кластерных моделей. При повышении эффективности производства продукции АПК установлено, что имеющийся научный потенциал используется, как правило, недостаточно результативно. Одна из причин этого – отсутствие тесной связи между процессами выработки стратегических целей развития отрасли и определением конкретного механизма их достижения.

Use of scientific potential for development of integration processes in the agroindustrial complex of Russia

The article analyzes the main conceptual provisions and approaches to solving the problems of the meat sub-complex of the agro-industrial complex. Measures to stimulate the further development of integration ties, including through the introduction of cluster models, are considered. When increasing the efficiency of production of agricultural products, it was found that the existing scientfic potential is used, as a rule, not effectively enough. One of the reasons for this is the absence of a close connection between the processes of developing strategic goals for the development of the industry and the definition of a specific mechanism for achieving them.
