In monetary terms, imports of beef totaled 175.1 million dollars, according to the materials of the Federal Customs Service (FCS).

import of pork in value terms grew by 9.3% to $ 207.5 million, poultry - fell by 9.3% to $ 54 million. Total imports of meat and meat by-products from foreign countries in August fell by 16.8% - up to 512 million dollars.

In July of this year, imports of meat and offal in monetary terms amounted to 533.7 million dollars, including beef - 222 million of pork - 171.9 million poultry - 61 million dollars.
