Scientists are working on a completely edible meat analogue . And it is not about soy substitutes , and full-fledged alternative to animal protein derived from plants. As the developers say , the taste , texture and appearance of the new meat is completely different from the original. But in fact, be composed exclusively of vegetable ingredients.
