VAT on imported breeding stock will be canceled?

Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev instructed to consider the abolition of import tax in Russia imported breeding stock.

VAT on breeding stock is 10%. From 2000 to 2011 the import of products imported breeding zero rate of VAT . From 1 January 2012 this rule was abolished , and the whole brood production was subject to VAT at 18%. Then, the rate was reduced to 10% until 2018 .
