Transitional periods for the introduction of technical regulations of meat and dairy products will continue until the end of 2015

Board of Eurasian Economic Commission set up to December 31, 2015 the introduction of transitional periods in the Customs Union technical regulations "On the safety of milk and milk products " and "On the safety of meat and meat products ».

As noted in the press service of the Eurasian Economic Commission , in accordance with the decision of the board ECE documents for assessment (confirmation ) of compliance with mandatory requirements established by regulatory legal acts which constitute the legal base of the Customs Union and the Common Economic Space , or the law member States and the EEA TC issued or adopted in respect of goods which are the objects of technical regulation technical regulations specified , until the day of their entry into force , valid until the expiration of these documents , but not later than 31 December 2015. Until that date, allowed the production and release into circulation in the customs territory of the CU products in accordance with the mandatory requirements previously established by normative legal acts which constitute the legal base of the Customs Union and the Common Economic Space , or the law of the Member State in the presence of evaluation documents ( confirmation) of conformity specified mandatory requirements issued or adopted before the date of entry into force of the technical regulations .

Until May 1, 2015 allowed the production and issuance of products not subject to the entry into force of technical regulations mandatory assessment (confirmation ) of compliance with mandatory requirements established by regulatory legal acts which constitute the legal base of the Customs Union and the Common Economic Space , or the law member States without documents for mandatory assessment (confirmation ) of conformity and without national conformity marking ( mark of market ).
