In addition, in January-November corn exports rose by 12% ( in the same period in 2012 - three times ) , frozen fish - by 7.4 % , fish fillets - in half, rapeseed oil - 1 , 6 times , soybean oil - 8% whey - 2.1 times .

But not all goods exports are growing : sunflower oil exports fell by 19% ( in 2012 growth was 2.8 times ) , rice - by 59% (an increase of 2.2 times a year earlier) .

The total volume of exports, according to the minister , declined by 9 % to $ 14 billion . However, this decline in exports , he explains " abnormally high growth" indicator ( 25% ) in the last year because of Russia's entry into the WTO.
