— Например, мы задерживали контрабандное мясо с овальными печатями, но только клейма были польские, а само мясо — из Испании, — поясняет Алексеенко.

Увидеть, есть ли ветеринарная метка на мясе, потребитель в рознице сможет на лопаточной или бедренной частях туши. Если возникли сомнения по качеству мяса на рынке, можно попросить показать туши в разделочном цехе. Если на них прямоугольные клейма или вообще нет отметок — то мясо не прошло проверку на безопасность.
