"Dairy and Meat Industry 2014": a new format - new solutions for business

For Professionals meat industry planned two-day conference " Perfect meat processing plant ." Co-organizers of the conference were the National Union of Pig Producers and the company " Sealed Air ". Moderator of the conference was YI Kovalev, CEO of the National Swine Union . The Conference will be held 18-19 March 2014 in Hall 75 at the Exhibition Centre .

In the 1st day of the conference " Perfect slaughterhouse. Components of success from breeding to slaughter cutting " will be considered the most current industry issues affecting the growth of commercial pigs as a new stage of development and improvement of meat processing , condition and prospects of the meat industry as a whole , the new technology of pork production , analysis and application in practice , design features slaughterhouse , technological features and innovations in the field of deboning and other domestic developments in this area .
