Withdrawal from the CIS to stop the export of meat from Ukraine

Ukraine will have to restructure all veterinary certificates, said the head of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance Sergei Dankvert.

In particular, he said : "Exit from Ukraine CIS automatically means to stop trade in livestock products between the two countries , as it will be necessary to approve new veterinary certificates ».

Now Ukraine as a member of the CIS supplies products under the simplified documents and not by international certificates that act with other countries .

« Exit CIS entails approval of international certificates for each product , - said Sergey Dankvert . - And they will have to argue with all the member countries of the Customs Union and on the site of the association ».

remind you that the draft law on Ukraine's withdrawal from the CIS submitted to the Verkhovna Rada and the Council of National Security and Defense Council decided to impose a visa regime with Russia , although both of these solutions have not yet entered into force.
