European pork leaked from Ukraine

More than 150 tons of meat of dubious origin have not been put into circulation for two weeks of joint raids Veterinary Department and the traffic police

Within two weeks, specialists of veterinary Rostov region together with the traffic police conducted inspections of vehicles. There were about 200 cars tested , eight machines found smuggled meat products .  Veterinary officer confirmed that the drivers were out veterinary documents accompanying the consignment . In accordance with the laws of any veterinary products of animal origin is required to be inspected in the veterinary service , after which it issued the appropriate veterinary and accompanying documents confirming its safety.

The total weight of meat products was delayed more than 150 tons. In larger mass transported pork speck labeled " made ​​in Denmark for export to Ukraine ." All counterfeit goods were seized and placed in custody . Currently solved the question of disposal of the goods . With respect to product drivers prosecuted on administrative violations and fined . Cargo owners are not installed, all materials handed over to South operational Customs for further investigation .

To date, state veterinary inspectors are constantly on the traffic police post located at the entrances to the Rostov region and control the movement of animal products .
