Full commissioning of all the objects of the complex is scheduled for early 2015, This will allow the consumer market chilled meat ducks and implement the replacement of imported frozen goods with domestic products of higher quality.

This will allow the Russians to diversify the meat diet, which currently consists, according to the British edition of The Economist, Chicken - 22.1 kg of pork - 18 kg of beef - 17.6 kg, slightly more than a kilogram accounted for ovine, and other types of meat, including duck and turkey present.  

duck meat in the Russian menu is very modest. Today in Russia consume only 70,000 tons of duck meat in a year - as imported and poultry grown in farms. This is 2% of the total annual production of poultry meat.
