On the eve of this event, we managed to interview Antipova Ludmila, Ph.D., Professor, Director of Research and Educational Center "Living Systems", Honored Scientist of Russia. Ludmila: meaning one - implementation of ideological principles laid down in the Food Security Doctrine - one of the main instruments of our president, related to the quality of life of our country. Certainly, this document is universal, since it is connected with the development of domestic production, ensuring the health and well-being on the principles of import substitution and competitiveness in the global market. In fact - this is a new look at familiar things: the development of sectoral production, product range of products aimed at a quality life support.

BETA: What is this theme is for developing the food industry?

Ludmila: Food Services has the most intimate and direct relevance to human health, it is not news, and official information, which clearly spelled out the role of nutrition (contribution to health - more than 50%) and, consequently, food industry as a source of discernible and forming factor structure supply. In deciphering the directions on the conference theme of food security Russian emphasis on scientific, personnel and information security. This highlights the main points in the implementation of the positions of the doctrine. Of course, we need the theoretical basis of food production of the new generation. Ludmila: I think, moreover, convinced that we need a body that is constantly acting as an information and business on the issue of food security. We are in this sense have made the first step. I think that we have a genuine interest recorded and will be moving in this direction in the future. The name of our institution and the theme of the conference commit to develop and continually refine the state of affairs. Rationally such work carried out annually through conferences with the designated theme.
