Краткий обзорный материал выполненных и использованных отраслью работ института

Большая роль в ускорении научно-технического прогресса в мясной отрасли принадлежит науке и, в частности, Всероссийскому научноисследовательскому институту мясной про- мышленности (сейчас ФГБНУ «ФНЦ пищевых систем им. В.М. Горбатова » РАН). Во многом благодаря проводимым его учеными и специалистами фундаментально-прикладным работам по созданию техники и технологии, а также внедрению в производство их результатов стало возможным развитие отрасли. Редакция журнала продолжает публикацию обзорного материала, посвященного выполненным ВНИИМПом и использованным отраслью разработкам, подготовленного сотрудниками института.

Retrospective review of the scientific technical progress in meat and meat product manufacture

A crucial role in acceleration of the scientific technical progress in the meat industry is played by science and, in particular, by the V.M. Gorbatov All-Russian Meat Research Institute (now the V.M. Gorbatov Federal Research Center for Food Systems of Russian Academy of Sciences). The development of the industry became possible, to a large extent, because of the fundamental and applied works on creation of techniques and technologies carried out by its scientists and specialists, as well as by implementation of their results into production. The editorial staff of the Journal continues publishing the review material prepared by the Institute’s scientists and dedicated to the developments created by VNIIMP and used by the industry.
