Рассмотрены конвейеры и транспортеры для межоперационного транспортирования продуктов убоя, а также топологические маршруты перемещения продукции на линиях убоя и разделки скота. Такой подход к анализу маршрутов позволил выявить два типа технологий организации движения продукции: линейный и радиальный. Отмечены достоинства и недостатки каждой топологии и связанные с ней вопросы компоновки оборудования в цехе.

Transportation of products on technological lines of slaughtering facilities

Conveyors and transporters for the interoperational transportation of slaughter products, as well as topological routes for the product movement on the lines of cattle slaughter and cutting are considered. This approach to the analysis of routes made it possible to identify two types of technologies for organizing the product movement: linear and radial. The advantages and disadvantages of each topology and related issues of equipment layout in the workshop are noted.
