В статье рассмотрена проблема рационального использования энергоресурсов на производственных холодильниках в мясной отрасли. Показана актуальность разработки проектов модернизации холодильных камер, основанных на результатах теплотехнической диагностики теплоизоляционных покрытий. Представлены основные положения методических рекомендаций по проведению теплотехнической диагностики строительных теплоизоляционных конструкций холодильных камер.

Methodical recommendations on thermotechnical diagnostics of heat-insulating coatings of refrigerating chambers

The article considers the problem of rational use of energy resources in industrial refrigerators in the meat industry. The relevance of the development of projects for the modernization of refrigeration chambers based on the results of thermotechnical diagnostics of heat-insulating coatings is shown. The main provisions of methodological recommendations for conducting thermal engineering diagnostics of building heat-insulating structures of refrigeration chambers are presented.
