Научно обоснован состав концентратов на основе микронизированной полножирной сои, люпина и комплекса биологически активных веществ (аминокислоты, биоплексы микро-элементов, бетаин, L- карнитин и лисофорт) для улучшения качества свиноводческой продукции. Использование концентратов в составе комбикорма для свиней благотворно повлияло на их обмен веществ и затем на качество мяса. В мышечной ткани возросло содержание жира, характеризующего улучшение мраморности мяса. При этом повышалась его влагосвязывающая способность и интенсивность окраски.

The composition of concentrates based on micronized full-fat soy, lupine and a complex of biologically active substances (amino acids, bioplexes of microelements, betaine, L-carnitine and lysofort) has been scientifically substantiated to improve the quality of pig products. The use of concentrates in the compound feed for pigs had a beneficial effect on their metabolism and then on the quality of meat. In muscle tissue, the fat content increased, which characterizes the improvement in meat marbling. At the same time, it increased moisture binding capacity and color intensity.
