После завершения НЭПа и прекращения деятельности товарных бирж наступил период, когда все вопросы развития мясной промышленности, животноводства и сельского хозяйства в целом рассматривались лишь на основе социалистических подходов к управлению экономикой страны. Автором проанализированы основные документы, устанавливающие правила заготовок скота и порядок осуществления оптовых поставок мясной продукции в первые десятилетия существования СССР. Обращено внимание как на положительные, так и на негативные последствия решений, принятых соответствующими партийными и государственными органами.

Practical experience in organizing procurement of cattle and other agricultural products (part 3)

After the completion of the NEP and the cessation of the activities of commodity exchanges, a period began when all issues of the development of the meat industry, animal husbandry and agriculture as a whole were considered only on the basis of socialist approaches to managing the country's economy. The author analyzed the main documents that established the rules for the procurement of livestock and the procedure for the implementation of wholesale deliveries of meat products in the first decades of the existence of the USSR. Attention is drawn to both positive and negative consequences of decisions taken by the relevant party and state bodies.
