Энергетический аудит лежит в основе энергосберегающей политики любого промышленного предприятия. Внедрение энергосберегающих технологий позволяет повысить конкурентоспособность выпускаемой продукции как на внутреннем, так и на внешнем рынке. Сформулированы цели и задачи энергоаудита охлаждаемых объектов мясоперерабатывающих предприятий. Приведена классификация видов энергоаудита таких объектов по характерным признакам, изложены основные этапы их энергетических обследований и структура энергетического паспорта.

Energy audit of chilled objects of meat industry enterprises

Energy audit underlies the energy saving policy of any industrial enterprise. The introduction of energy-saving technologies makes it possible to increase the competitiveness of manufactured products both in the domestic and foreign markets. The goals and objectives of the energy audit of the refrigerated facilities of meat processing enterprises are formulated. The classification of the types of energy audit of such facilities according to their characteristic features is given, the main stages of their energy inspections and the structure of the energy passport are outlined.
