АННОТАЦИЯ: В статье рассмотрены вопросы размещения и особенности использования мясных ресурсов для дальнейшего развития отрасли. Обращено внимание на ряд основных факторов, влияющих на указанные процессы. Приведены примеры определения уровня плотности мясных ресурсов — как показателя, характеризующего состояние мясной отрасли в конкретных регионах. В соответствующих расчетах использованы данные Федеральной службы государственной статистики.

Determination of the density of meat raw material resources with regard to their territorial distribution peculiarities

Abstract. The article discusses the issues of placement and features of the use of meat resources for the further development of the industry. Attention is drawn to a number of main factors affecting these processes. Examples of determining the level of density of meat resources as an indicator characterizing the state of the meat industry in specific regions are given. The corresponding calculations used data from the Federal State Statistics Service.
