АННОТАЦИЯ: В статье показана значимость цен для поышения продовольственной безопасности, представлен исторический аспект ценообразования в нашей стране. Рассмотрены все элементы оптово-отпускной цены на мясо и мясопродукты, обращено большое внимание на себестоимость продукции мясоперерабатывающих предприятий. Предложена методика определения экономически приемлемого варианта покупки мяса мясоперерабатывающими предприятиями, показаны виды скидок и надбавок к цене на продукцию, используемые мясоперерабатывающими предприятиями.

The price of meat products as a factor of improving food security

Abstract. The article shows the importance of prices for improving food security, presents the historical aspect of pricing in our country. All elements of wholesale and selling prices for meat and meat products are considered, much attention is paid to the cost of production of meat processing enterprises. The method of determining an economically acceptable option for buying meat by meat processing enterprises is proposed, the types of discounts and price allowances for products used by meat processing enterprises are shown.
