АННОТАЦИЯ: В статье обращено внимание на зависимость продовольственной безопасности России от заинтересованности работающих мясоперерабатывающих предприятий. Даны формы денежного и безденежного стимулирования работающих, предложены алгоритмы разработки системы оценки качества и результативности профессиональной деятельности работников и подходы к определению величины фонда экономического стимулирования. Сделан акцент на несоответствие уровня и темпов роста заработной платы на мясоперерабатывающих предприятиях тенденциям в социальной сфере и других секторах экономики. Представлены современные подходы организации дистанционных форм труда работающих.

Food security of Russia and stimulation of employees of meat processing enterprises.

Abstract. The article draws attention to the dependence of Russia's food security on the interest of working meat processing enterprises. The forms of monetary and non-monetary incentives for employees are given, algorithms for developing a system for assessing the quality and effectiveness of professional activity of employees and approaches to determining the size of the economic incentive fund are proposed. The emphasis is placed on the discrepancy between the level and growth rates of wages at meat processing enterprises with trends in the social sphere and other sectors of the economy. Modern approaches to the organization of remote forms of labor of workers are presented.
