АННОТАЦИЯ: Впервые годовое совещание Национального союза мясопереработчиков проходило в формате круглого стола. Темы круглого стола и вопросы, предложенные для обсуждения, были выбраны так, чтобы аудитория могла получить актуальную аналитику. Это тем более ценно, поскольку факторы, оказавшие влияние на мясной рынок в прошлом году, сохранили свое влияние и никуда не денутся в обозримом будущем. Приглашенные эксперты поделились с аудиторией информацией и своими оценками происходящего в сфере продуктового маркетинга и продаж готовой продукции, в макроэкономике и в госрегулировании продовольственной сферой, а также в управлении бизнесом. Члены союза смогли не только услышать компетентное мнение по жизненно-важным вопросам, но и узнать точку зрения коллег. Правление НСМ заранее подготовило и разослало материалы, в которых описана диспозиция отрасли в настоящее время и даны вопросы для обсуждения. Эти материалы служили также отправной точкой выступлений экспертов.

In search of new regularities. Meat product market. Results of 2022 and trends of 2023 were discussed at the round table.

Abstract. For the first time, the annual meeting of the National Union of Meat Processors was held in the format of a round table. The topics of the round table and the questions proposed for discussion were chosen so that the audience could receive up-to-date analytics. This is all the more valuable since the factors that influenced the meat market last year have retained their influence and will not go anywhere in the foreseeable future. The invited experts shared with the audience information and their assessments of what is happening in the field of product marketing and sales of finished products, in macroeconomics and in state regulation of the food sector, as well as in business management. Members of the union were able not only to hear a competent opinion on vital issues, but also to learn the point of view of colleagues. The Board of the NSM prepared and sent out materials in advance, which describe the disposition of the industry at the present time and give questions for discussion. These materials also served as a starting point for expert presentations.
