АННОТАЦИЯ: В статье указано на большое значение, которое имеют показатели оценки эффективности развития мясоперерабатывающих предприятий для повышения продовольственной безопасности России. Авторы предлагают новый подход к определению обобщающего показателя оценки эффективности развития предприятия. Подробно рассмотрены частные показатели такой оценки: использование основных производственных фондов, рабочей силы, сырья и материалов, а также коммерческие расходы. Даны критический анализ и обоснование каждого из этих показателей.

Assessing effectiveness of the development of meat processing enterprises.

Abstract. The article points to the great importance that indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of the development of meat processing enterprises have to improve the food security of Russia. The authors propose a new approach to the definition of a generalizing indicator for evaluating the effectiveness of an enterprise's development. Particular indicators of such an assessment are considered in detail: the use of fixed production assets, labor, raw materials and materials, as well as commercial expenses. Critical analysis and substantiation of each of these indicators are given.
