Прогноз выпуска мяса в мире в 2023 г. USDA повысил на 1 млн т.

Growth in meat production, its export and processing in the Russian Federation

Abstract. In 2022, meat production in Russia increased by 3.3%, and its consumption reached 79 kg per capita. In 2022, the world production of the main types of meat amounted to about 274 million tons, including million tons for poultry meat and 59 million tons for cattle meat (Table 1). Forecast of meat production in the world in 2023 USDA increased by 1 million tons.
