Market of sausage products: what happened in 2022 and what can be expected in 2023

Abstract. Given that starting from 2020, we have entered a difficult, extremely unstable and dynamic period, the role of medium-term planning is increasing significantly - no one dares to plan for more than one year in the horizon. What awaits us in 2023? Will the sausage industry be able to cope with the consequences of the current crisis, and what trends will determine its development in the coming year? We will try to answer these and many other questions.
