АННОТАЦИЯ: В статье авторы рассматривают влияние на продуктивность и качество мяса баранчиков романовской породы при использовании в рационе их кормления продукции пчеловодства — трутневого гомогената. Установлено, что живая масса животных опытных групп была во всех возрастных группах выше в сравнении со сверстниками контрольной группы, что доказывает экономическую эффективность использования трутневого гомогента в рационе кормления овец. По химическому составу и функциональнотехнологическим свойствам мясо опытных баранчиков превосходило контрольных.

Meat productivity of Romanov breed lambs upon inclusion of the male bee homogenate into diets

Abstract. In the article, the authors consider the impact on the productivity and quality of meat of Romanov rams when using beekeeping products - drone homogenate in their diet. It has been established that the live weight of the animals of the experimental groups was higher in all age groups in comparison with their peers in the control group, which proves the economic efficiency of using the drone homogenous in the sheep's diet. According to the chemical composition and functional and technological properties, the meat of the experimental rams was superior to the control ones.
