АННОТАЦИЯ: В статье рассматриваются принципы, которые были применены в Японии (в частности,в компании Toyota), а позже во многих странах Азиатско-Тихоокеанского региона для непрерывного совершенствования производства. Это позволило значительно повысить качество продукции и уменьшить затраты на единицу производимого изделия. Данный опыт может быть успешно применён и в Российской Федерации с учётом региональных и производственных специфик, что особенно важно в условиях санкционного давления со стороны Западного мира.

Methodology of energy saving: a universal base for the strategic development of enterprises

Abstract. The article discusses the principles that were applied in Japan (in particular, in Toyota), and later in many countries in the Asia-Pacific region for continuous improvement of production. This made it possible to significantly improve the quality of products and reduce the cost per unit of the manufactured product. This experience can be successfully applied in the Russian Federation, taking into account regional and production specifics, which is especially important in the face of sanctions pressure from the Western world.
