АННОТАЦИЯ: При проведении эксперимента установлено, что для повышения пищевой ценности и экологической безопасности мяса молодняка свиней в рационы с избыточным содержанием тяжелых металлов следует включать препарат адсорбента токсфин в дозе 750 г/т комбикорма. В результате в мясе животных опытной группы 2 увеличилось содержание сухого вещества, белка и белково-качественного показателя и снизился уровень цинка в 2,39 раза, свинца — в 2,09 раза и кадмия — в 2,00 раза. Причем количество изучаемых элементов в образце длиннейшей мышцы спины животных опытной группы 2 было ниже предельно допустимых концентраций.

Abstract. During the experiment, it was found that in order to increase the nutritional value and environmental safety of young pig meat, diets with an excess content of heavy metals should include the adsorbent preparation Toxfin at a dose of 750 g/t of mixed feed. As a result, in the meat of animals of the experimental group 2, the content of dry matter, protein and protein-quality index increased and the level of zinc decreased by 2.39 times, lead - by 2.09 times and cadmium - by 2.00 times. Moreover, the number of the studied elements in the sample of the longest muscle of the back of the animals of the experimental group 2 was below the maximum permissible concentrations.
