АННОТАЦИЯ: Предприятия-лидеры отечественного агропромышленного комплекса (АПК) продолжают реализовывать инвестиционные проекты, связанные с модернизацией существующих производственных линий и строительством новых объектов, несмотря на сложности работы в санкционный период. Эффективность таких масштабных проектов, вывод их на плановые мощности, быстрый выход на окупаемость инвестиций зависит, в том числе, от качества управления производством, получения оперативной, полной и достоверной информации обо всех производственных процессах и принятия своевременных и точных решений для оптимизации всего производственного цикла.

Digital system of the agro-industrial complex: MES System for effective production management.

Abstract. Leading enterprises of the domestic agro-industrial complex (AIC) continue to implement investment projects related to the modernization of existing production lines and the construction of new facilities, despite the difficulties of work during the sanctions period. The effectiveness of such large-scale projects, bringing them to planned capacities, and a quick return on investment depends, among other things, on the quality of production management, obtaining prompt, complete and reliable information about all production processes and making timely and accurate decisions to optimize the entire production cycle.
