АННОТАЦИЯ: В статье рассмотрены возможные направления совершенствования экономического и правого механизма при создании оптовых аграрных рынков и их дальнейшем развитии. Обращено внимание на то, что при решении этих вопросов необходимо учитывать деятельность хозяйствующих субъектов, которые поставляют продукцию на оптовый рынок и оказывают услуги, связанные с его функционированием. В контексте рассматриваемой темы проведен анализ федеральных законов, нормативных актов Правительства РФ и министерств. Статья подготовлена в рамках выполнения темы НИР FNEN-2019-0005 государственного задания ФГБНУ «ФНЦ пищевых систем им. В.М. Горбатова» РАН.

Enhancing the legislation to encourage the activities of agricultural product wholesale markets

Abstract. The article discusses possible directions for improving the economic and legal mechanism when creating wholesale agricultural markets and their further development. Attention is drawn to the fact that when resolving these issues, it is necessary to take into account the activities of business entities that supply products to the wholesale market and provide services related to its functioning. In the context of the topic under consideration, an analysis of federal laws, regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation and ministries was carried out. The article was prepared as part of the implementation of the research topic FNEN-2019-0005 of the state assignment of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “FSC Food Systems named after. V.M. Gorbatov" RAS.
