АННОТАЦИЯ: В соответствии с законом Российской Федерации «О ветеринарии» ветеринарное законодательство направлено на регулирование отношений в области ветеринарии в целях защиты животных от болезней, выпуска безопасной в ветеринарном отношении продукции животного происхождения и защиты населения от болезней, общих для человека и животных. Система подзаконных норм и правил непрерывно обновляется и корректируется. В статье рассмотрены нормативные правовые акты, вступившие в силу с 1 марта 2023 г., которые дополняют устоявшиеся требования действующего ветеринарного законодательства и должны способствовать совершенствованию правовой базы в области ветеринарии.

A review of changes in the veterinary-sanitary legislation of the Russian Federation since March 1, 2023

Abstract. In accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation “On Veterinary Medicine”, veterinary legislation is aimed at regulating veterinary relations in order to protect animals from diseases, and the veterinary -free products of animal origin and protection of the population from diseases common to humans and animals. The system of by -laws and rules is continuously updated and adjusted. The article discusses regulatory legal acts that entered into force on March 1, 2023, which complement the established requirements of the current veterinary legislation and should help improve the legal framework in the field of veterinary medicine.
