Предметом обсуждения стали оптовые цена на рынке мясного сырья, влияние экспорта на внутренний рынок, а также влияние макроэкономики и госрегулирования на мясной бизнес.

Abstract. As part of the business program of the International Exhibition "Prodexpo 2024" in Moscow on February 7, a round table of the National Union of Meso Processors (NSM) was held. It was called "The results of the past 2023 and the trends of the coming 2024." The subject of the discussion was the wholesale price of the meat raw materials market, the influence of exports on the domestic market, as well as the influence of macroeconomics and state regulation on the meat business.
