АННОТАЦИЯ: В статье рассмотрена актуальность диверсификации производства для мясоперерабатывающих предприятий. Исследуются связанные и несвязанные её формы. Подробно изложены преимущества ввода на мясоперерабатывающем предприятии цеха по производству мясных полуфабрикатов. Приведены примеры использования несвязанной диверсификации на рассматриваемых предприятиях. Обращено внимание на источники финансирования при проведении диверсификации производства. Указано на преимущества и недостатки каждого вида источников финансирования.

Diversification as a direction of the development of meat processing enterprises

Abstract. The article considers the relevance of production diversification for meat processing enterprises. Related and unrelated forms of production diversification are investigated. Advantages of introducing a shop for the production of meat semi-finished products in a meat processing plant are described in detail. Examples of the use of unrelated diversification in the enterprises under consideration are given. Attention is drawn to the sources of financing for the diversification of production. Advantages and disadvantages of each type of financing sources are indicated.
