Oksana Kuznetsova: We climbed to a higher fundamental level from the practice-oriented level of science

Abstract. Last year marked the 10th anniversary of the merger of the Russian Agricultural Academy with the Russian Academy of Sciences and the transfer of management functions of scientific institutions to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. Oksana Kuznetsova, Director of the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Research Center for Food Products named after V.M. Gorbatov, RAS, Doctor of Technical Sciences, told Alexey Gorbatov, Editor-in-Chief of the journal of Candidate of Technical Sciences, about the changes that have occurred over the decade, their impact on industry science and industrial practice.
