Аннотация: Для устойчивого функционирования мясной отрасли рассмотрены меры по совершенствованию порядка формирования закупок скота и обеспечения перерабатывающих предприятий мясным сырьем. Осуществление этих мер на практике создаст сельскохозяйственным предприятиям стабильные условия при реализации своей животноводческой продукции и повысит их заинтересованность в существенном увеличении объемов производства. В статье изложены основные подходы, используемые при формировании оптовых аграрных рынков и обеспечении их устойчивого функционирования. Приведены показатели плотности сырьевых ресурсов и определен уровень обеспеченности регионов мясом. Обосновано территориальное расположение оптовых рынков скота регионального и межрегионального значений с учетом фактической ёмкости сырьевых ресурсов в соответствующих субъектах Российской Федерации.

On the improvement of providing enterprises of the industry with meat raw materials

Abstract. To enhance the sustainability of the meat industry, the measures for improving the order of purchasing livestock and providing meat raw materials to processing enterprises have been considered. Implementation of these measures in practice will create stable conditions for agricultural enterprises in realization of their livestock products and increase their interest in a substantial growth of production volumes. The paper describes the main approaches used in formation of wholesale agricultural markets and assurance of their sustainability. The indicators of raw material resources density are given and the level of meat provision of regions is determined. The location of wholesale livestock markets that have a regional and interregional significance has been substantiated with consideration for the actual quantity of raw material resources in the relevant areas of the Russian Federation.
