Аннотация: В статье рассмотрены актуальные тренды развития рынка мясных продуктов, приводятся данные об уровне потребления населением мяса в российских регионах. Проведен анализ влияния на развитие рынка мясопродуктов качества жизни населения, определяемого величиной доходов граждан, здоровьем населения и уровнем образования, занятостью, жилищными условиями, безопасностью, демографической обстановкой в регионе, а также экологией и климатом. Представлены направления совершенствования сбытовой политики мясоперерабатывающих предприятий.

Regional peculiarities of the marketing policy of meat processing enterprises

Abstract. The article discusses current trends in the development of the meat product market, provides data on the level of meat consumption by the population in Russian regions. The author analyzed the impact of the quality of life of the population on the development of the meat product market. The quality of life of the population was determined by the amount of income of citizens, public health and education, employment, housing conditions, security, demographic situation in the region, as well as ecology and climate. The directions of improving the marketing policy of meat processing enterprises are presented.
