Члены НСМ сталкиваются с тем, что стало трудно найти продукту название, которое кем-то не было «приватизировано».

Casus or aftershock of privatization. NUM disputes the private property right on the Soviet trademarks

Abstract. At an industry meeting held on August 3, the National Union of Meat Processors (NUM) considered the issue of intellectual property rights to trademarks. To be precise, the question was not about law, which has already been answered in the laws of the Russian Federation, but about law enforcement. NSM members are faced with the fact that it has become difficult to find a name for a product that has not been “privatized” by someone.
