Abstract. At the beginning of 2024, there were a number of changes in the regulatory environment that will have a significant impact on the manufacturing sector. Some ideas (not the most attractive for business) have not yet found support in high offices, but this is for now. Cautious optimism is aroused by the tendency to abandon "draconian" fines and a risk-oriented approach on the part of regulatory authorities.
