Центральное место в обсуждении заняли форвардные контракты, которые должны стать новым шагом на пути развития мясного рынка и послужить основой для баланса интересов продавцов и покупателей мясного сырья.

Abstract. An industry-wide meeting of meat producers and processors was held in Moscow on September 14, at which the issue of pricing tools in the meat raw materials market was raised. The central place in the discussion was taken by forward contracts, which should become a new step towards the development of the meat market and serve as a basis for balancing the interests of sellers and buyers of meat raw materials.
