Аннотация: Неэффективное использование отходов производства и потребления, в том числе и в мясной промышленности, продолжает оставаться одной из острых проблем в современной России. Решение этой задачи имеет не только экологическую, но и экономическую значимость. Поэтому создание и внедрение производственно-технических систем, обеспечивающих более полную переработку отходов, является в настоящее время актуальной задачей. В статье анализируются основные причины и последствия образования отходов в мясной отрасли. Устанавливается зависимость их видов и объёмов от степени технологического обновления предприятий отрасли и общей динамики экономического развития страны. Сформулированы конкретные предложения по улучшению системы управления отходами.

Waste management problems in manufacturing products by enterprises of the industry

Abstract. Inefficient use of production and consumption waste, including in the meat industry, continues to be one of the acute problems in modern Russia. The solution to this problem has not only environmental, but also economic importance. Therefore, the creation and implementation of production and technical systems that ensure a more complete recycling of waste is currently an urgent task. The article analyzes the main causes and consequences of waste generation in the meat industry. The dependence of their types and volumes on the degree of technological renewal of industry enterprises and the general dynamics of the country's economic development is established. Specific proposals have been formulated to improve the waste management system.
