Аннотация: В статье рассмотрены особенности административно-хозяйственного управления региональным оптовым рынком скота. Отдельно проанализированы практические подходы к решению основных функциональных задач этого рынка. Обращено внимание на важность работы вспомогательных служб и подразделений, основными задачами которых является обеспечение текущей деятельности оптового рынка скота. Статья подготовлена в рамках выполнения темы НИР FNEN-2019-0005 государственного задания ФГБНУ «ФНЦ пищевых систем им. В.М. Горбатова» РАН.

The administrative and economic management aspects of the regional wholesale livestock market

Abstract. The article considers the features of the administrative and economic management of the regional wholesale livestock market. Practical approaches to solving the main functional tasks of this market are analyzed separately. Attention is drawn to the importance of the work of support services and departments, the main tasks of which are to ensure the current activities of the wholesale livestock market. The article was prepared as part of the implementation of the research topic FNEN-2019-0005 of the state task of the Federal State Budgetary Budgetary Institution "V.M. Gorbatov Federal Research Center for Food Systems" of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
