Аннотация: В современном мире всё больше внимания уделяется зелёной экономике, которая предполагает ответственное отношение к природным ресурсам и их эффективное использование. В мясной промышленности это означает переход к более экологичным и ресурсосберегающим технологиям, а также поддержку развития альтернативных видов энергообеспечения. В этой статье мы рассмотрим основные фискальные методы, которые могут быть использованы для поддержки развития зелёной экономики в отрасли. Благодаря их использованию произойдёт сокращение потерь продовольствия в логических цепочках, и цены должны стать доступными для всех слоёв населения.

Fiscal methods for supporting the development of green economy in the meat industry

Abstract. In the modern world, more and more attention is given to green economy, which envisages the responsible attitude to natural resources and their efficient use. In the meat industry, this means transition to more ecological and resource saving technologies as well as support of the development of alternative types of energy supply. In this paper, we will examine the main fiscal methods that can be used to support the development of green economy in the meat industry. Due to their use, food losses in the logistics chains will be reduced and prices should become available for all layers of the population.
