АННОТАЦИЯ: В ТР ТС 029/2012 в августе 2023 г. были внесены изменения, а вступили они в силу в феврале текущего года. И хотя с тех пор прошло уже полгода, адаптация бизнеса к новым требованиям Технический регламента для многих ещё продолжается. Новые требования вступают в силу поэтапно и подготовиться к некоторым из них ещё есть время. Как готовиться, как правильно читать, что написано «между строк» — на эти вопросы, как правило, в отрасли всегда отвечают эксперты рынка и научного сообщества, контрольно-надзорные органы и наднациональные институты, такие как ЕЭК. New requirements for ingredients and labeling. Changes in the regulation touched 80% of its content.

Abstract. Amendments were made to TR CU 029/2012 in August 2023, and they entered into force in February of this year. And although six months have passed since then, the adaptation of the business to the new requirements of the Technical Regulations for many is still ongoing. The new requirements come into force in stages and there is still time to prepare for some of them. How to prepare, how to read correctly what is written "between the lines" — these questions, as a rule, are always answered in the industry by experts from the market and the scientific community, regulatory and supervisory authorities and supranational institutions such as the EEC.
