Аннотация: В статье рассмотрено большое значение мяса и мясопродуктов для организма человека. Дана оценка состоянию продовольственной безопасности страны по мясу и мясопродуктам. Обращено внимание на необходимость наращивания экспорта мяса и мясопродуктов в Российской Федерации. Приведены основные виды инноваций для мясоперерабатывающих предприятий. Предложен методический подход оценки экономической целесообразности внедрения инноваций. Проведены расчеты по оценке экономической целесообразности внедрения отдельных видов инноваций на мясоперерабатывающих предприятиях.

Development of meat processing enterprises based on the use of innovations

Abstract. The article considers the great importance of meat and meat products for the human body. The assessment of the country's food security status for meat and meat products is given. Attention is drawn to the need to increase exports of meat and meat products in the Russian Federation. The main types of innovations for meat processing enterprises are presented. A methodological approach to assessing the economic feasibility of introducing innovations is proposed. Calculations have been carried out to assess the economic feasibility of introducing certain types of innovations at meat processing enterprises.
