The authors emphasize the importance of taking care of the environment, social responsibility and efficient corporate governance for the successful development of the meat sector. Innovations and technological progress play a key role in the transition to sustainable economy and stable growth of meat processing enterprises. Sustainable development of enterprises is a key factor of their successful operation in the future.
