Prospects of meat processing: traditional methods, new developments, implementation.

Abstract. Modern meat production has acquired an industrial scale, covering all stages — from the cultivation of livestock and fodder to conservation and manufacture of finished products. In response to the growing demands of the market, meat processing methods are also developing. Along with the traditional ones, there are also new approaches that the general audience is still little aware of. The purpose of our article is to review modern methods of meat processing. OrenClip produces about 50 different models of equipment and offers its customers a wide range of them — from individual machines to entire production lines with a high degree of automation and robotization.
