АННОТАЦИЯ: Данная статья посвящена исследованию макроэкономических условий функционирования предприятий мясной промышленности в условиях санкций. В работе анализируется современное состояние рынка мяса птицы и продуктов из него и оцениваются возможности обеспечения продовольственной безопасности. Сделаны выводы о необходимости целенаправленных и скоординированных действий по развитию АПК на основе цифровизации и технологизации сельского хозяйства совместно с развитием агропромышленного образования.

Assurance of food security on the market of poultry meat and meat products

Abstract. This article is devoted to the study of macroeconomic conditions for the functioning of meat industry enterprises under sanctions. The paper analyzes the current state of the market for poultry meat and products from it and evaluates the possibilities for ensuring food security. Conclusions are drawn about the need for targeted and coordinated actions for the development of the agro-industrial complex based on the digitalization and technologization of agriculture, together with the development of agro-industrial education.
