АННОТАЦИЯ: В статье говорится о введении в действие нового порядка регистрации деклараций о соответствии, о регистрации декларации о соответствии в электронном виде с использованием сервиса регистрации деклараций. Упоминается о статусах деклараций о соответствии, а также условиях, необходимых для осуществления работ по их регистрации. Освещены вопросы, касающиеся оснований для отказа в регистрации декларации о соответствии, невозможности внесения изменений в зарегистрированную декларацию о соответствии, принятия новой декларации о соответствии а также решений о прекращении действия такой декларации.

About innovations and formed requirements upon confirmation of food product conformity

Abstract. The article refers to the introduction of a new procedure for registering declarations of conformity, the registration of a declaration of conformity in electronic form using the service for registering declarations. Mention is made of the statuses of declarations of conformity, as well as the conditions necessary for the implementation of work on their registration. Issues related to the grounds for refusing to register a declaration of conformity, the impossibility of making changes to a registered declaration of conformity, the adoption of a new declaration of conformity, as well as decisions to terminate such a declaration are highlighted.
