В с вязи с общим ростом цен на потребительские това ры в рознице респонденты отмечают смещение потребительского спроса в сторону более дешевых товаров. Торговые СМИ мясной промышленности (afz — allgemeine fleischer zeitung и FLEISCHWIRTSCHAFT) dfv Mediengruppe в сотрудничестве с консультационной фирмой Ebner Stolz провели опрос компаний из 100 лучших в мясной и колбасной промышленности.

Abstract. Most German meat companies are already seeing signs of a slowdown in demand amid runaway inflation: according to the first Industry Opinion on the Meat Industry, 79% of companies surveyed report an increase in price orientation. In connection with the general increase in prices for consumer goods in retail, respondents note a shift in consumer demand towards cheaper goods. The meat industry trade media (afz - allgemeine fleischer zeitung and FLEISCHWIRTSCHAFT) dfv Mediengruppe, in cooperation with the consulting firm Ebner Stolz, conducted a survey of top 100 companies in the meat and sausage industry.
