АННОТАЦИЯ: Энергосбережение является одной из наиболее актуальных проблем промышленной переработки сельскохозяйственного сырья. Энергоэффективность работы холодильных объектов в мясной промышленности во многом зависит от стабильности теплотехнического состояния строительных конструкций, эксплуатируемых в различных условиях окружающей среды. Для оценки и контроля их теплозащитных свойств предложено использовать сравнительные показатели энергоэффективности, которые определяются на основании расчетных и фактических данных, полученных при проведении энергоаудита.

Evaluation of the thermotechnical condition of enclosure structures of cold chambers

Abstract. Energy saving is one of the most urgent problems of industrial processing of agricultural raw materials. The energy efficiency of refrigeration facilities in the meat industry largely depends on the stability of the thermal state of building structures operated in various environmental conditions. To assess and control their heat-shielding properties, it is proposed to use comparative energy efficiency indicators, which are determined on the basis of calculated and actual data obtained during an energy audit.
